Would you like to be able to offer aromatherapy? This course enables students to provide full aromatherapy services for their clients. Students gain knowledge of a variety of aromatherapy techniques, client consultation training, blending aroma oils, and safety tips.
The course prepares you to provide effective treatment and the necessary knowledge to adapt that programme to meet your client’s requirements. It includes detailed underpinning knowledge related to Aromatherapy and the contra-indications and contra-actions, advice to be given to the client, record-keeping, evaluation of treatments and reflection on professional practice.
Over this five day aromatherapy course students fine tune their abilities in preparation for working with clients. The maximum class size is two, so students receive plenty of one-on-one attention from instructors.
The Academy guarantees that your training course will be under the personal direction of Cheryl Cole in very small classes, often one-to-one (maximum of 2), ensuring you receive individual attention and allowing you to become proficient in the techniques over time. Aromatherapy
At the Cheryl Cole Academy we specialise in training courses that blend holistic, beauty and spa therapy principles reinforced with sound theory elements to our training. We are a small, friendly establishment benefitting from the expertise of our director and lead tutor Cheryl Cole.
We are pleased to be able to offer an Aromatherapy course that prepares you to provide an effective treatment and the necessary knowledge to adapt that programme to meet your client’s requirements. Pre- Entry
Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, you will have to prove currency on this aspect of the course every three years. This will be integrated within the course if necessary.
Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage

Unit of Study
- Aromatherapy for Complementary Therapies
Case studies – you must carry out and document evidence for at least 60 treatments on a minimum of six clients. There must be a minimum of six treatments for each of three clients. Each case study must include a client questionnaire, lifestyle assessment, consent form, consultation record, treatment record, after care advice and client feedback.
Delivery 5 days at the academy, plus guided self study, including assessment and portfolio building.
