What will I achieve?
The award of AS/A2 Psychology opens up a wide range of opportunities particularly for any career that involves dealing with people such as management, teaching, Police and nursing. This qualification also leads to specific careers in psychology such as a criminal or educational psychologist.
How is the course assessed?
In both years there are three examinations.
What else will I do?
As Pendleton College has links with a number of universities, students will have the opportunity to visit their departments. Students have recently been on a residential to Rome, visited Crown Courts and taken part in an 'Investigating Murder Crime Day'. Visiting speakers have included senior detectives, crime scene investigators, forensic and clinical psychologists.
