AS Psychology About the Course
Develop your understanding and awareness of psychological theories and research over a variety of areas concerned with humans and animals. Topics include: how our memory works; why do we forget things? Child care and the importance of forming bonds with others: is day-care a good thing? Stress and how to cope with it, and mental illness and eating disorders: why do some people develop them?

You must be prepared to complete the assessment processes which are an integral part of this course. The exams involve answers to structured questions and short answer questions. You should have a track record of successful pre-A level study before joining this course. In particular you should be confident in your use of written English. We will happily advise you further.

Your exam fees are included in the enrolment fee.

Qualification courses run on an academic year basis. New courses will commence in September 2009.
