The course aims to enable understudies to: Competent in data collection procedures appropriate to their study

Competent in data analytical procedures appropriate to their study

Able to draw appropriate conclusions from their analyses

Able to present their findings in a formal thesis

Able to succintly summarise their proposal

Able to present their proposal in a conference setting



Applicants should normally have a BPS accredited first degree or a conversion degree in Psychology, usually with a 2(ii) or equivalent. In exceptional circumstances, a degree class lower than 2(ii), or a non graduate qualification or relevant work experience may be deemed to be at a satisfactory standard for the purpose of postgraduate admission. IELTS 6.0 (no element below 5.5).
