Demonstrate session planning skills. 4. Understand how to deliver inclusive sessions which motivate students. 5. Understand the use of different assessment methods and the need for record keeping.
Suitable for: Anyone wishing to do any of the following roles: 1. Teachers/Trainers/Tutors in the Lifelong Learning Sector and Adult/Community Education. 2. Trainers of personnel in commerce, industry, public and volutary sectors or HM Forces. 3. Technicians and Support Staff in Further and Adult Education. 4. Part time teachers in further and adult education. This includes but not limited to: Security industry. Hair Dressers Military Languages. CIEH courses. Fitness Instructor. First Aid. Fitness. Art. IT software. RSPH. Swimming Instructor. Food Hygiene. Nutrition. Police.
Requirements: Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector is accredited for learners aged 19 or over And those wishing to teach young people and vulnerable adults may have to undergo a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. They is no entry requirements for the course however an initial assessment may be carried out for the assessment of needs for learners.
