·   Speak at every session   
 
·   Receive feedback (verbal & written) from us & other participants   
 
·   Provide feedback (written & verbal) to other participants   
 
·   Receive a follow-up 30 minute one-to-one meeting to determine your future needs (at a mutually convenient time)
