Course programme

Meditation Foundation is an introductory course leading, if desired, towards Pure Meditation course. Will help to reduce tension caused by stress, stay more centred and at peace as well as master emotional reactions. 2 hrs course followed by monthly group meditation held on 1st of the month Saturday 11am-1.00pm. Fitness (donation basis).
