Summary
An introduction to radio production where you†ll get to produce your own hour long radio programme.
About the Course
You will study the basic principles of radio presenting and production. You†ll learn how to design a radio script and how to use a mixing desk. At least two of your projects will be to broadcast on local radio FM, the Internet and D.A.B.
Course Aims
This short course will offer you the opportunities to learn about radio production. You†ll learn all about the skills required in producing and presenting your own show.
What are the entry requirements?
How is the course assessed?
The course is assessed through a portfolio of coursework. This will include:
• Several pre-recorded radio programes
• At least one Ident/Feature
• Reflective diary or production blog outlining your progress on the course

Are there any resources to obtain?
There are no resources needed. However, it is vital you are confident and have a clear speaking voice as some of your work will be broadcast.
Fees
No Course Fees for Under 19's. Over 19's must pay, or claim Level 2 or Level 3 Entitlement for FREE courses .

There are no additional costs.
