Course programme

Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to affect corresponding parts of the body. By applying technique a reflexologist can break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body. Internal organs and body structures are mirrored in the feet.

In this course you will learn how to treat areas of the feet to create balance in the corresponding areas of the body. You will gain insight into the history of reflexology, structure of the feet, energy zones and referral zones. Reflexology is an important skill for the holistic therapist.
