Reflexology is one of the oldest known methods of natural healing, used by many ancient civilisations including those of India, China and, Egypt.

It is founded on the 10 energy pathways (zones) that run down the body. If for any reason the energy flow is interrupted or hindered, this may manifest itself as disease in the body. These blockages can be detected and treated by applying pressure on the reflex areas of the feet. As the energy imbalances dissipate and normal flow is restored, the body returns to good health.

Modern Reflexology is both a science and an art and has achieved many remarkable successes.

Supervised Practical and Clinical Experience, Case Histories, Home Assignments and Individual Projects are an integral part of the Course.
