The Cheryl Cole Academy specialises in training courses that blend holistic, beauty and spa therapy principles reinforced with sound theory elements to our training. We are a small, friendly establishment benefitting from the expertise of director and lead tutor Cheryl Cole.

The center is pleased to be able to offer you the most comprehensive Reflexology course available. The course prepares you to provide an effective treatment and the necessary knowledge to adapt that programme to meet your client’s requirements. It includes detailed knowledge related to reflexology and the contra-indications and contra-actions, advice to be given to the client, record-keeping, evaluation of treatments and reflection on professional practice.

You will learn how to perform reflexology massages and techniques that will help enhance the experience. Students will also receive advice on properly consulting their clients before performing reflexology massages. This class is aimed at therapists who are interested in expanding their knowledge of therapeutic treatments and offer reflexology services to their clients.

About this course

Pre-requisites Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. These courses can be completed alongside the reflexology course if not previously taken with another qualification.

Course programme

Certificate in Reflexology

Pre- Entry

Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. If you have not completed this course then it may be studied alongside as an additional course.

Modules

  • Provide Reflexology
  • Health, Safety and Hygiene

Case studies – you must carry out and document evidence for a minimum of four clients. There must be a minimum of six treatments for at least two of the clients. Each case study must include a client questionnaire, lifestyle assessment, consent form, consultation record, treatment record, after care advice and client feedback.

Delivery 4 days at the academy, plus guided self study modules/assignments in own time, including assessment and portfolio building.
