Reflexlogy can help to release tension, relieve stress, alleviate pain and help with infertility problems. It improves nerve and blood supply and restores the natural balance of the body.

During the Reflexology diploma course, students will learn to prepare for and perform a reflexology treatment, with knowledge of the following areas:

· Develop a touch for body areas mapped in the feet

· Anatomy of the feet
