Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order

A one-day course on how to comply with this new legislation in relation to your own premises

If you do not meet the requirements of the
RR(FS)O, fire authorities can issue formal
notices to prevent all or part of your
premises being used. Other penalties are
a £5,000 fine and 2 years in jail.

* Reviewing and amending risk assessments
* Keeping accurate risk assessment records

Who should attend?
Anyone who has control of premises or who
has a degree of control over certain areas or
systems including:
* Directors or managers of premises that
staff may have access to
* Managing agents or owners of share
parts of premises or shared fire safety
equipment
* Occupiers of premises if they have any
control
* Any person who has some control over part
of a premises
