Gain the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) Elementary and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates, showing that you have taken steps to be as informed as possible. Remember – an outbreak of food poisoning is defined as 2 or more affected people. The Intermediate course is designed for those at the supervisory level in the hospitality or retail industry who already have a good basic knowledge of food hygieneThe 3 day course is assessed with a 2½hr 20 question examination which tests the participants awareness & understanding of the topics covered
