Course summary A four day course for supervisors of food handlers

Course description
Designed for supervisors of food handlers, the course is of three and one half days duration, with a two-hour exam completing the fourth day.

The course covers:
  • Characteristics of bacteria and food contamination,
  • Clarification of the relationship between food hygiene,
  • spoilage and poisoning,
  • Pest control, cleaning and maintenance,
  • Hazard analysis.
