LEARN 1st DEGREE REIKI WITH HEATHER HULL - EXPERIENCED TRADITIONAL USUI REIKI MASTER/TEACHER AND PRACTITIONER, WITH OVER 18 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF TEACHING REIKI.

LEARN HOW TO USE THIS POWERFUL FORM OF ENERGY HEALING TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF YOURSELF, FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

• Reiki 1 is usually learnt as part of a group, to enable practice on each other to take place.
• The course spans two days but the real learning begins with your own use of Reiki.
• After the course you are required to carry out self-healing sessions on 21 consecutive days.
• You will be invited to attend a follow-up session one month after the course to check your progress.

ON THIS COURSE YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• what Reiki is

REIKI TRAINING AND ATTUNEMENTS:

You will receive four attunements

• four of your energy centres or ‘chakras’ are reawakened and attuned which:
• clears a healing channel
• elevates the physical vibratory level
• enables a more intense healing energy to flow though you
• clears blocked energy and the potential for disease

THE MAJOR CHAKRAS:

• learn what these are
• where they lie
• why they are important
• what they represent

SUBTLE ENERGY BODIES AND AURAS:

• learn what these are
• where they lie
• why they are important
• what they represent
• their interaction and association with endocrine glands

SELF HEALING AND HAND POSITIONS TO USE:

• learn how to self heal
• what hand positions to use
• the correct sequence for self healing
• the importance of a sustained period of self healing

HEALING OTHERS AND HAND POSITIONS TO USE:

• learn how to heal other people
• what hand positions to use
• the correct sequence to use

CODE OF ETHICS:

• the importance of honouring Reiki
• principles to observe when offering healing to others
• etiquette to observe when healing others

THE £175 COURSE FEE INCLUDES:

• a detailed and comprehensive training manual for you to keep
• lunch on both days
• certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course

Small Friendly GroupsExperience has taught me that students have a far better experience if they are taught in small groups.

Feedback from students often says that they value learning in a small group as they feel comfortable and secure and, therefore, able to open up and participate in group discussions and share what is on their mind. This, I think, is crucial to learning Reiki. It is not a GCSE subject, it is a personal spiritual journey for each of us, therefore there are very few right and wrong answers!

For this reason I limit numbers on my courses to enable close personal tuition and to ensure a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It is not about bums on seats, it is about all course participants feeling they have a voice and can be heard if they wish to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. We all learn from each other and a small supportive and friendly group is a lovely place in which to learn Reiki.
