RECENT EXPERIENCE

Over the last four years, Malcolm has successfully trained over six hundred practitioners in aspects of Business Analysis. Many of them have subsequently passed the ISEB Diploma in Business Systems Development, specialising in Business Analysis.

He has taught staff from the consultancy sector, banking and finance sector, insurance sector, logistics, higher education, the airline industry and police forces.
