Restraint Awareness

Restraint Awareness Restraint is a specialist course covering terminology, legal requirements and techniques used to prevent and de-escalate aggressive behaviour.

The aim of this course is to enable the readers to familiarise themselves with relevant terminology, the Public Health Model in both theory and practical application so that they can respond calmly and professionally to any violent or aggressive incidents.
