On The Key Consultancy

Provider description
The Key Consultancy is pre-eminent in the preparation and delivery of highly effective training at practitioner, manager, supervisor and specialist levels.

Key (etym. doubtful) that which gives access or opportunity for something; that which explains something difficult; a solution, an explanation, a translation; a series of solutions of problems;

Or you may care to think of us as a portable instrument for working the bolt of a lock to and fro. Whichever way you look at us, we exist to help organisations change. And that's what we do best.

We've been providing health and safety training at our venue in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire for the past fifteen years, with environmental services being added to our portfolio in the last five.

80% of our business has always been in delivering our products for clients at their premises around the UK, and worldwide when requested of us.

In-company courses can be tailored to meet the specific needs of a client and the industry in which they operate, we ensure through consultation that your staff get the right training programme every time, and that it's relevant to their job role and responsibilities.
Our Mission

To become the first point of enquiry for all our clients' training and consultancy needs by embedding superior quality and performance in all of the products we deliver.

Key Style

All of Key's courses are an interactive learning experience. Training sessions use discussion format to draw on the groups own experience. Once basic principles and level of understanding are established, syndicate exercises and review are then fundamental to our style of delivery.

There is no talk of awareness raising in our preparations - we are interested in outcomes, and that means dealing in what people will be able to do after one of our programmes, not what they will be able to think about. We get results!
Because We Care

...because we care about the products we deliver; we care about our delegates; and we care about our profession and its impact upon our clients' effectiveness.

For public programmes our commitment will match yours. We will never cancel a course once we have received your confirmed booking. We will deliver the programme even if you are the only person booked on it and make sure that you get the training you need when you need it.

Key has a proven track record of achievement in the provision of health, safety, environmental and risk management training and consultancy. We believe our training programmes are the best available to companies anywhere in the world and our clients come back time and time again.

Our consultants are valued by the clients we work for and are totally committed to helping managers and their companies develop the skills they need to achieve their goals.
