About the Workshop leader:

Socrates Coudounaris is an independent Business and Enterprise Risk Management Consultant having over 10 years international experience across a variety of industry sectors. Socrates provides international advisory services to corporate organisations and government entities. He is instrumental in developing and implementing risk management frameworks through integrated Enterprise Risk Management (iERM) in PPP / PFI and Real Estate Projects. Offering his services through OmegaRisk Business & Risk Consultancy Socrates advises on such diverse applications as structuring PPP transactions, risk and value management in procurement, facilities management, technical risk appraisals and assessment and due diligence exercises. An accomplished and frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on PPP/PFI and Risk Management related topics, Socrates is a qualified Civil Engineer, Risk Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He is also an Examiner at the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in London.
