We are least familiar with those risks hidden by our own risk management methods and strategies. The systemic and cultural aspect of latent risk underpins the more familiar risks that are regularly publicised in the press.
During this one-day workshop, risk management and culture specialists Mike Vernon and Gill Avery will provide you with specific strategies and techniques to uncover and leverage the latent risks that could otherwise have detrimental consequences for your organisation.

In this intensive full-day session Mike and Gill will work with you to:
understand why and how individuals, teams and organisations commonly react and respond to potential risk
analyse your project, department or organisation to uncover key locations of latent risk
develop strategies to promote an effective risk culture
understand why the three integrated enterprise cycles – professional, managerial and cultural – are important
guide you through an enterprise risk maturity evaluation (ERME)
