Whether you have never ridden before or are already a regular urban cyclist, our team of professional instructors can help you improve your skills. All our training meets the National Standards.

Build your confidence and learn how to share the road safely with other road users. We teach you how to negotiate common road situations, from how to use a T-junction to cycling on multi lane roads. Our training takes place on-road; it's practical and at a pace that suits you. You will need a roadworthy bike of your own for these lessons.
