Stage 1: Inductions

Here you will meet your assessor who will explain what’s involved in completing your NVQ and present you with your personalised portfolio.

Stage 2: Incident/Occurrence Log Ongoing

Fill in a log recording different incidents etc that occur in your day to day role as a taxi driver.

Stage 3 Health & Safety

Make sure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety.

Stage 4: Customer Service

Provide professional customer service in road passenger transport operations.

Stage 5: Work Environment & Equipment

Develop and maintain your work skills and knowledge in road passenger transport operations.

Stage 6: Local Authority
