This course will promote a good understanding of rooftop safety issues and enable delegates to recognise the main rooftop hazards & precautions needed to be taken. The course includes an overview of the Working at Heights Regulations and how the regulations can be implemented whilst working on rooftops and access and egress from the work area. Also to assist workers and managers to understand the risks from RF devices and transmitters including mobile phone antennas. The course is designed to meet the needs of employees who may be exposed to RF signals. This would include antenna riggers and any roof worker such as heating engineers, maintenance staff, emergency services personnel and surveyors.
