This modular course is a conversion programme for students who have gained an HND / FdSc in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, or a related subject and wish to top-up to a degree. Studying full-time for a further academic year leads to the BSc in Rural Property Management. To top-up to BSc (Hons) Rural Property Management you will also need to undertake a dissertation, which will add a further three to six months to your studies, depending on your agreed dissertation hand-in date. Both these top-up programmes are cognate with the RICS Rural Pathway leading to TechRICS.
