This is a mandatory training course for all new and existing care staff. Protecting vulnerable people requires a number of key skills, attitudes and approaches. This course will help to identify the elements that can lead to all forms of abuse and will highlight current best practice for the candidates, giving care staff the confidence and knowledge to deal with concerns and abuse issues more effectively.
