Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile bank accounts · Search - Apply search criteria, multiple searches and wild cards · Credit Control - Age outstanding invoices, ageing frequency on outstanding invoices, and reports · Customer statements and overdue letters - Understand the different types of customer documentation · Dispute invoices - Flag invoices in dispute and understand reasons why you write off customer or supplier transactions and make adjustments for VAT · Write Offs and VAT Element - Setup and process standing orders and repeat transactions · Recurring Entries - Setup and post depreciation and dispose of an asset · Fixed Asset Register - Setup and process prepayments and accruals · Prepayments and Accruals - Understand the different formats used for profit and loss and balance sheets. · Multiple Chart of Accounts - Produce profit and loss, balance sheet, budget reports, departmental reports and transfer basic · Management Reporting - information to Microsoft Excel and Word · Statutory Reporting - Perform a VAT Return, run year end
