Unit Two: Preparing and delivering a sales presentation (R/502/7500)

On completion of this unit you will:

  • Be able to prepare a sales presentation
  • Be able to deliver a sales presentation
  • Be able to evaluate a sales presentation

Unit Three: Handling objections, negotiating and closing sales (Y/502/7501)

On completion of this unit you will:

  • Be able to prepare to handle objections, negotiate and close the sale
  • Be able to handle objections
  • Be able to negotiate with the customer
  • Be able to close the sale

Unit Four: Understanding influences on buyer behaviour (D/502/7502)

On completion of this unit you will:

  • Understand buyer decision making processes and their impact on the sales cycle
  • Understand how to respond to the buyer at each stage of the decision making process

Study Hours

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
