Produce a portfolio of evidence of competency and achieve 21 credits or 37 credits respectively. Portfolio is internally assessed and verified. Progression to Level 3 programmes are possible after successful completion. Consolidates and improves employability. Suitable for: Suitable for those who work in a sales environment, either in a sales role or performing sales functions, and who have direct contact with customers. Time Planning in Sales
Complying with Legal, Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in a Sales or Marketing Role.
Deliver Reliable Customer Service

Choose from:
Selling Face to Face
Selling by Telephone (Inbound)
Selling by Telephone (Outbound)

Then choose from optional units to reach credit target that can include: Processing Sales or Marketing Data in Information Systems, Selling at Exhibitions and Communicating using Digital Marketing Channels etc.

Level 2 NVQ Certificate = 21 credits.
Level 2 NVQ Diploma = 37 credits.
