To enable a more targetted qualification for those who work in a sales role that is more than a generic business administration role or customer service qualification. Produce a portfolio of evidence of competency and achieve 25 credits or 37 credits respectively. Portfolio is internally assessed and verified. Progression to other Level 3 and 4 programmes is possible on successful completion. Increases employability. Suitable for: Suitable for people who work in sales environment, either in sales roles or performing sales functions, supervise and manage individuals and teams/forces and who have direct contact with customers.

About this course

No formal entry requirements but possession of a level 2 will be useful and learners will need to demonstrate a suitable level of literacy, numeracy and ICT. Support can be arranged to achieve etc.

Mandatory units are as follows:
Time Planning in Sales
Complying with Legal, Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in a Sales or Marketing Role.
Deliver Reliable Customer Service

Then choose from optional units to reach credit target that can include: Developing and Implementing Sales Calls Plans, Monitoring Sales Team Performance, Selling at Exhibitions and Communicating using Digital Marketing Channels etc.

Level 3 NVQ Certificate = 25 credits.
Level 3 NVQ Diploma = 37 credits.
