Are you someone moving from a service background into sales? If so, you may already have the correct temperament to be successful in a sales role, you just need the skills. At dancing lion, we believe sales are made through through providing excellent customer service. This core principle is an essential element of our sales training programmes. We show how to build long-term working relationships, the importance of mutual respect and identifying a ‘win-win’ solution for the customer and the company.
This training programme is typically delivered in English.
Translators can be provided at an additional cost. In order to ensure that there is a good balance of theory, discussion and practical work this course requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 delegates.

Outcomes
Participants who feel confident in the sales role, understand their own power as sales people and are able to win new business face to face and over the telephone.
