Sciatica: How to properly assess and treat the different forms of this common and yet often misunderstood condition.

Muscles Energy Techniques: A stretching system used by physios and sports therapists to treat both chronic and acute muscle shortening. We will assess and treat key muscles including hamstrings, psoas, quadratus lumborum, trapezius and the pectorals; looking at their contribution to postural and muscle disorders.
