The Recertification course is standard and can be attended by any current holder of a DOMS card. It can be delivered simultaneously to holders of any combination of modules, module 13 (former 2a is a separate module for recertification). The renewal course cannot be delivered to individuals who have not held DOMS modules registered with EUSR regardless of role or experience. After attending the recertification course the trainee will be re-registered in the same categories as currently held and the DOMS card will show new expiry dates and a "Renewal" line on it. In order to be issued with a DOMS renewal card an individual must hold a valid National Water Hygiene Card.
IMPORTANT - If your current DOMS Card has expired by 3 months, you are no longer eligible for the Recertification course and MUST sit the individual modules that you require again. The course must be sat and the card processed before the 3 month deadline.
