This Build your own MA (BYOMA) short course will equip you with the technical computing skills necessary in the design and implementation of computer graphics tools and scripts, and the knowledge to select the correct scripting languages, application programming interfaces and techniques to solve computer generated imagery problems. You will apply standard software engineering techniques, enabling you to work as part of a development team solving complex technical issues in a modern computer animation production environment. The main scripting language used will be Python as it is now the most common scripting language in all CGI applications.
