    On Systems and Network Training

    Provider description
Systems & Network Training Ltd provide technical, instructor led training. Courses are available on a public schedule basis or as "one company" courses. Our standard courses are not based around achieving specific certifications instead they are based on the skills most likely to be required in the workplace. As well as offering standard courses we can also provide tailor made courses. Our public schedule courses run at our training centre in Nutfield near Redhill, Surrey but we also provide courses at customer sites throughout the world, from Canada to Thailand, Germany to Iran. Our delegates are predominantly ICT staff wshing to enhance their technical knowledge and skills, in order to maximise the return on investment in leading edge technologies. Delegates will be equipped with the skills and confidence to manage new forms of technology, improving performance and enabling them to meet business aims and objectives.

We provide courses in the following main areas: Data communications and networking, Telecommunications, UNIX systems, Microsoft systems and programming. The majority of the courses provided are generic rather than product specific courses, focussing on the technologies rather than "which button to push". As a vendor independent technical IT training company we are not bound in offering certified training courses with rigid syllabuses. Instead we pride ourselves on being able to concentrate on topics that are relevant to the real world. If customers are interested in certification then we can offer specific exam days following real world training courses. These exam days focus on the sole purpose of passing the relevant certification exams.

Systems & Network Training instructors are selected for their interactive teaching skills and their in depth technical knowledge. Our friendly and informal teaching style has gained praise and excellence in client feedback, with all our instructors averaging over 90% on course evaluation forms. Our technical knowledge is reflected in working on leading edge projects such as the worlds first 802.15.4 hands on training course. We are also proud to be the sole provider of LINX accredited training courses and exams. The flexibility of our on site training often turns courses into design and troubleshooting consultancy ensuring that our instructors remain clued up on the "real world"; no ivory towers here. Customisation of our "one company" courses ranges from tailoring to the audience needs (management versus programmers, pre sales versus post sales support), through using specific products within our generic courses (e.g. Cisco, 3Com. switches on our Ethernet courses) and on to complete course design.

Customers range from Small to Medium Size Enterprises through to the European Space Agency, The Office of National Statistics to Tandridge district council, service providers such as Thus and other Internet companies such as IXEurope. Our philosophy is to make every customer feel that they are our only customer, if you were our only customer imagine how hard we would work to make you happy - that is how hard we work for every customer.
