Beverley's 'no phaffing' about outlook to food and recipes helps to inspire other not so confident cooks realise that food can taste great without going to a lot of bother, time and expense.
Course programme
A whole day of preparing food using seasonal fruit and vegetables. Beverley is running this Seasonal Cooking Workshops, for children aged 8 upwards.
Everyone will start off by making their own lunch from scratch - so no need to make a packed lunch for them either. We'll carry on cooking and using seasonal fruit and veg such as citrus fruits making a selection of sweet and savoury dishes and including some Chinese recipes as Chinese New Year falls early February. Items such as Sticky Dumplings and Chow Mein to keep with the Chinese theme and adding in recipes using citrus fruit; St Clements Pudding with Orange Sauce and Sweet Potato and Blood Orange Cupcakes with Sticky Orange Icing.
If you'd like to book siblings on the course then there is £5 discount for the second child, again the price will look the same on line but we'll take off the discount when we charge your card and have all your details.
