What is On Site Massage (Seated Acupressure)?

On Site Acupressure Massage is based on the principles of Anma, a traditional Japanese massage.

It incorporates over 90 specific acupressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back to leave the client relaxed and calm yet energised and alert. It also significantly reduces muscle tension in the upper body by concentrating on the areas most affected by prolonged repetitive work.

The course will provide an insight into the background of this therapy and will provide some practical experience in the techniques of Seated Acupressure (On Site) Massage. A short manual will be provided for each attendee.
