Course summary

Becoming a personal assistant involves a big change from a secretarial or administrative role. Not only will you need excellent skills and systems to support your manager, you will also need to develop a positive and supportive relationship with them. The PA is in a position of special responsibility, privy to her or his manager's confidential information, managing two busy diaries (yours and theirs), and needing to stay ahead of the game at all times. On this two-day course, we will look both at the background of the role and some tricks and tips for improving your practical skills.
