There has been a real focus on training since the introduction of the SIA licensing in the UK. Here at Wilpan Training Ltd we support ongoing training beyond the basic legal requirement with a view to enhancing the professionalism and competence of your working environment.
We provide SIA training courses, bespoke security training, close protection training, first aid and fire training, personal security and self defence courses.
We also provide training and courses for people wishing to gain instructor / teaching qualifications for all other industries not just the security industry.
We are specialists in the training and development of individuals working in both the public and private sectors including the security industry, hospitality, health service, retail and licensed trades. Many of these industries are now under a legal requirement to provide training in line with SIA requirements and other government legislation.
We can provide courses for indivudals or for groups with our bespoke SIA Training Courses in Door Supervision, Security Guarding Static and Patrol, Vehicle Immobilisation (Wheel Clamping), CCTV and Close Protection Courses and Bodyguard Training Courses (including 2 Day Firearms Training), First Aid & Fire Training, Health & Saftey and also for our instructor / teaching qualifications such as the 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and the 1886 Conflict Management Training together with Safer Work Physical Intervention Courses.
