The Syndicate Membership currently stands at over 200 organisations, from both the Public and Private sectors, ranging in size from 50 - 25,000 employees. We have a strong and diverse team of 42 trainers who for clients only deliver In-House training programmes: some highly tailored and some completely off the shelf. The Syndicate trainers also conduct over 250 public programmes a year, shared by the Members for their one-off needs. Clients with 100 employees and a £10K training budget are given exactly the same high level of customer service and top quality training as another client with ten times that spend. All clients pay exactly the same training fee for both In-House and Open Courses, regardless of volume.
