This programme focuses on the problems and effective use of the telephone. Telephone communication can lack body language thought someone can always tell if your laid back ! Using e-mail to clarify, reconfirm and establish further rapport in your goal to achieve sales success. Planning and preparation is key in building your sales objectives thus increasing your chance of success. We look at building rapport, questioning and listening skills. A structured telephone process and gaining minor and major levels of commitment during the call. The day ends with looking at gaining agreement and follow-up. Role play is used actively in this course.
