Course programme
The constant stress of modern living has resulted in fatigue, exhaustion, weakened immune function, toxicity, poor digestion and an overall decline in health. Infrared Therapy burns calories while you relax, lose inches, detoxify the body, improve skin condition and provide chronic pain relief. For a sculptured body with minimal effort, try Infrared treatment. Infrared energy will heal, repair, detox, de-stress and rejuvenate.
The Infrared Therapy Course will qualify you for insurance cover. Our course is suitable for Beauty therapists with the suitable pre-requisites (Level 3 Beauty or equivalent) and Aesthetic practitioners and includes a substantial theory compenent and one-day practical session where you will be asked to demonstrate your competence in the treatment through a series of assessments and exams.
In the course, we will cover how to prepare for and carry out Infrared Therapy treatments safely, covering necessary legislation, core knowledge and science behind the treatment as well as how best to handle the equipment and maximise treatment results.
In order to graduate from all of our courses, students will need to pass a final written examination to assess their knowledge and understanding, and to pass a practical observation performing the treatment in full, including client consultation and aftercare.
