Suitable for: All site Managers whether Domestic, commercial or industrial should hold this qualification as a minimum requirement. Any employer who has more than 5 operatives on a construction site should have a supervisor who has the 2 day training as a minimum requirement. All construction operatives should have the 1 day Construction Operative training as a minimum requirement.

This course is designed for site managers, agents and persons who are, or are about to be, responsible for planning, organising, monitoring, controlling and administering groups of staff and workforce. The course covers all relevant legislation and other aspects which affect safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering indutries. It highlights the for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures and adequate communication to sustain a health and safety culture among the workforce.

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme Designed to show minimum requirements of a Site Managers Awareness of the Health and Safety Laws.

SMSTS Training Courses?

  • 5 Day block release 7½ hours Site Managers Training. 2 Day Site Supervisor Training. 2 Day Update for Site Managers, if previously done the 5 day course. 1 Day Construction Operative course. 5 Day Training Course of 1 or 2 days per week over a 5 week period. 12 x 3½ Hour evening sessions over a 3 week period of 4 evenings a week.
