Day One is a half-day awareness session and briefing, followed by a half-day on-site audit of one of your sites, with Day Two being the preparation of the actual SWMP for that site and a review of the approach so you are fully trained to roll this out to your operations.

Delegates leave with not just the knowledge of how to do this, but also with your first SWMP as a working draft to progress to the full SWMP for that site and a template for your company. As part of this Level the Compass team will review your final SWMP via email.
