The aim of the SD&S Green Belt Training course is to provide a mix of classes, examples and practical experience to enable attendees to obtain coertification as a Green Belt. This will enable them to deliver real savings in their organisation when they return.

The training follows the DMAICT Six Sigma methodology in its delivery.

A fundamental part of the course is training in the statistical software package Minitab. Throughout the course, attendees will work through examples using Minitab to develop their knowledge of the software package.
