Six Sigma Green Belt Gain core competence in Six Sigma. PMI's 2-week Six Sigma Green Belt training uses a structured methodology to teach Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques. Delegates share their experience throughout training and leave understanding the importance of appropriate team processes in achieving and maintaining improvement.
The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.

All PMI Green Belt graduates can go on to convert their qualification to a Six Sigma Black Belt through our 2-week Black Belt Conversion training programme and a project and examination.
