As part time course, it fitted in exceptionally well with my work responsibilities, and the staffs were extremely pleasing and supportive. The sessions were very much organized and instructive. As a dance educator, I felt that my earlier information was constantly perceived and created as required to become a teacher in the fitness environment.

SOSA Fitness is a new and exciting International dance fitness workout, It’s fun-packed, easy to follow with authentic dance based routines without the high impact! SOSA Dance Fitness® is completely unique, with elements of Latin, Salsa, Ballroom and numerous international dance styles being brought together to create one fantastic fusion of dance fitness! With this combo-course you can learn how to teach SOSA dance as well as getting a Level 2 YMCA accredited qualification in the practical skills for planning and teaching a safe and effective group exercise class to music. The Exercise to Music qualification will include information on teaching aerobics and body conditioning based classes.

About this course
To be able to plan and teach aerobics and body conditioning classes to music. You will also learn how to plan SOSA Dance Fitness classes, as well as gaining access to catalogue of instructional videos and Instructor portal!
this course is aimed at individuals will a passion for fitness, you do not need any experience of fitness instructing.
There are no pre-requisites to this course, you just need a willingness to learn and lots of enthusiasm!
YMCA Awards Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Exercise to Music)
Level 2 entry onto the REPs register (Register of Exercise Professionals)
20 REPs points
SOSA Dance Fitness qualification with 12 REPS points
Yes, you will be given a 12 month licence to teach SOSA Dance after competing the course.
Yes! You will receive a personal webpage on www.sosafitness.co.uk, as well as full access to the SOSA back catalogue of dance videos to teach from. You will also get a Starter Marketing Pack and Instructor Resource manuals to help you get off the ground!
