Sound for Theatre

This course is designed to familiarise the participant with the knowledge and techniques used for sound reinforcement in modern theatre. The course covers the theory of loudspeaker system design, microphone and radio microphone systems, system control and mixing, sound effects and troubleshooting.

Those attending will receive tuition from an experienced theatre sound technician who will guide them through both theoretical and practical demonstrations and excercises to help them understand the techniques and skills described.
