Course programme

I love Southern Indian food. Classic street food - bhel poori, dosa and chutneys. Delicious, fragrant, healthy, tangy, spicy, crunchy, it's so good you'll want to tell all your friends.

Bhel is a Mumbai street food and can be either wet (with chutneys) or dry (without chutneys), it's made of puffed rice, vegetables and tamarind making it spicy, sweet, sour, tangy, crunchy, chewy, crisp and just really really good to eat. Bhel is eaten with papdis, fried crispy pooris. In additional making bhel poori we'll also make dosa.

Dosa are another street food, fermented pancakes served with sambal, spicy sweet potatoes or potatoes and onions. Dosa are listed as one of the World's top 50 tastiest foods.
