Safeguarding Adults
This is a theory course and is designed to raise awareness of individuals as to the types of abuse that are occurring in our health care establishments, along with action to take if abuse is suspected. The course does require candidate participation and sensitive personal experiences may be shared amongst the group during discussion, however confidentiality is respected at all times.
The Course is up to 3 hours in length and is valid for two years.
The Course can be conducted either within one of our training venues or the clients setting. This course is an attendance course and there is no formal assessment at the end of the presentation.
